About

Our arena

PulseForge is an independent laser tag arena for open rounds, birthday blocks, and team nights. We handle weekday briefings, weekend parties, and corporate session lists — without a call-centre desk between the bay and the scoreboard. The floor crew is small on purpose: the same people who queue a morning open slot also check pack fits, height guides, and session notes before a group enters the arena. Hosts can see how the venue is organised, who leads each format, and how a first visit is written down so the week after a trial round is not a surprise.

Arena story

Built around the bay, not the guess

The arena opened so weekend laser tag would have a written session card: which groups left the briefing, how a party block was timed, and how a corporate night felt after a late arrival. We still take notes on busy evenings, still check a pack fit when a booking looks wrong, and still keep the floor crew small enough that a correction can go out the same day. The desk at 21b Link Drive is where most of that work happens, with extra lobby seats when the Saturday queue fills the foyer.

Most of our work is scored play, from first youth rounds to adult team nights for a long Saturday booking. Longer party lists grew out of that: when a full guest list or a mixed age run needs more than a chalk-board check, we stay for the extra hour and file a fuller note. Hosts who want to sit through a briefing can do so without joining the marshal table.

How we work

What an arena visit looks like

01

Ask

You send the headcount, the age range, and whether the visit is an open round, a party block, a team night, or mixed. We also take host contacts and arrival times if you have them, plus any notes about mission preference for a full group.

02

Check

We match numbers against the diary or a confirmed guest sheet, then decide if we hold a live bay or wait until a later slot opens in that window. Traffic delays move a start to the next available block when the Saturday queue is already full.

03

Brief

Lobby time or party briefing with a session card, a height check, and a short call back to the coordinator if a pack run is short. Marshals stay on the floor through the gear check so the note matches what actually entered the arena.

04

Play

A session note, a score readout when it is live, arena photos, and a same-day call if a pack did not fit the listed size. Hosts receive the next event date and whether a second round is expected that weekend.
