Reach the arena

Send the headcount, the age range, and what you think the last visit changed about the format you want. We answer within one working day, including Saturdays when a party queue is on. If you are writing a booking change, put the host name and the original slot in the first line so the coordinator can find the card quickly. Notes about mission preference, pack sizes, and late arrivals help us reply with a clear next step rather than a holding line.

Thank you. The arena will reply to this address.

Before you write

What to include in a note

Kind of visit

A new open slot, a pulled booking, a party drop-in, or a session change. We treat each one differently: party blocks need an age band, late arrivals stay off the bay until a signed guest note or a confirmed count exists. Team nights need a roster so the mission set can be checked the night before.

When and which format

A date range and whether the question is a youth party, an adult corporate pack, or an open round. We can cover current diary slots; older event lists need a day of notice so a marshal can pull them from the back board. If you are asking about an event, name the weekend so we can match the schedule board.

Details

Two or three facts we can check — from our arena set or a session card, group photo, or public guest list you can point to. A short note on mission type, headcount, or a previous visit helps us place the briefing without repeating questions.
