The arena
PulseForge operates this website from 21b Link Drive, Wairau Valley, Wairau Park, Auckland, New Zealand. Contact: [email protected] or +64 9 444 1011. New Zealand privacy rules apply to the inbox we keep at that address, including questions and booking requests. The venue is a neighbourhood laser tag arena; messages about PulseForge sessions are handled by the coordinators named on the About page.
What we collect
If you submit the contact or newsletter form we store your name, email, phone if given, and the message. We use this only to reply, check a headcount, or send the session updates you asked for. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not request. Age ranges and mission preferences are kept so a marshal can place a booking on the right bay without repeating the same questions.
If you accept cookies, the browser may keep a local preference so the cookie bar does not reappear. See the Cookie Policy. Server logs may keep an IP address for a short time so we can see if the site is down; we do not use those logs to profile guests.
What we skip
We do not sell contact lists. We do not run advertising pixels on this site. Forms stay in the arena inbox. Questions about younger players are handled with extra care: we publish first names only when they already appear on a public session clip, and we do not post medical notes on this website.
How long we keep data
Question and booking messages are kept for as long as needed to finish the session and for ordinary accounting. You can ask us to delete a newsletter address at any time by writing to the arena. Published game notes stay on the site as a public record unless a legal takedown applies. Guest lists for party bookings are removed from the public pages once the weekend has passed, even if a copy stays in the coordinator inbox.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct, or delete personal data we hold. Send the request to [email protected]. Stills from a paid recap morning are covered by the coverage note and the Copyright page. Parents may also ask us to stop using a photo of a junior player on the arena page.
