Laser tag, scored rounds, and party briefings for Auckland groups.

Players in vest gear entering the PulseForge laser tag arena before a scored round

A laser tag visit is more than handing out packs and pointing at a door. Groups need a clear briefing, a fair team split, and rounds that fit the clock they booked. PulseForge is an indoor laser tag arena on Link Drive in Auckland, not a pop-up stall. We run timed games with vest packs, mission briefings, and score readouts after each match. If you are planning a birthday, corporate night, or school group, tell us the headcount, the age range, and the date you need the bay, and we will check open slots before we hold a window. Walk-ins can join open rounds when space allows; party lists can be emailed so a host does not have to guess arrival times from a chat thread.

What we run

Arena help for anyone booking parties, open rounds, or team nights

Book a session

Open rounds

Timed laser tag matches with a short safety talk, not a rush through the door. We log the headcount, the age band you named, and whether a mixed open slot still has space — not a guess from a half-finished chat. Each briefing covers pack fit, no-run zones, and a practice tag so you start the first round knowing the rules, not the layout from a poster alone.

Party sessions

Birthday and group bookings with a private briefing bay when the diary allows. We check whether the guest list still matches the booked count, whether younger players meet the height guide, and whether a host wants a score printout with the cake break. Parents receive a short arrival note so the time on the door matches the email sent the night before.

Team nights

Corporate and club sessions we can confirm against a roster. A late headcount change stays marked as pending until you name it, then we call back the same afternoon with what the bay can still hold. Group packs cover mission briefings and scored rounds so a organiser can run one visit instead of three separate bookings.

Party session notes

A readout after the host named 18 April 2026 for a full party bay, with the guest list held from 3 October 2025. We compared remaining headcount with the booking, noted that one player still waited on a late RSVP, and wrote a morning wrap for anyone who missed the last briefing call. Parents received the arrival window, the score printout option, and a short note on how we handled a last-minute pack swap without delaying the first round.

Team night notes

A mid-season recap of a floodlit briefing hour on 7 March 2026 for a youth group, back from a March break camp. We checked who had played an open round the week before, compared it with the format they named, and wrote what actually ran that night — no poster promise, just the missions that held. The note lists a capture mission, a spare open slot, and a pack adjust that marshals could repeat in the bay.

Two laser tag groups briefing for sessions on the same Auckland morning

21 March double session

Arena session day

Two same-day bay windows: a junior party block and a senior corporate pack on 21 March 2026. The note lists which counts went out, which packs were held back, and which nearby jobs — a gear check and a bay count on 28 March — still sat on the same week’s board. Families who arrived early used the lobby seats between the two sessions.

A compact marshal crew, a weekday open slot

PulseForge started as a shared bay after school traffic and still works that way: two marshals on a live Saturday, one coordinator on the party lists, and a session that starts after the briefing is confirmed. We cover laser tag first — open rounds, birthday blocks, and team nights that organisers put on the diary. The aim is a readable session note, not a paid rank boost or a brand pitch, so you can see what changed on the board and what the next listed event has named. Hosts can ask about height guides, youth session lengths, and how we handle a late arrival without rewriting the whole group booking.

Next booking

Name the headcount, the age range, and what felt unclear after the last visit.

We reply within one working day if we can hold a bay, if we need a host contact, or if we will run from a confirmed guest list instead of a guess. Notes about delayed arrivals and returning after a growth spurt are welcome; we still check them before holding a pack. If a team night is the reason you are writing, add the date and whether a private bay or an open round is needed so the coordinator can match the diary.
