PulseEvents
Live diary & listed
We cover a small number of special windows each year on junior parties and mixed adult packs. Places on current open tracks can be flagged through the contact form if you need a readout or a recap. Dates stay marked as listed until a briefing card or confirmed diary note is in hand; we update the page the same day when a slot is pulled. Party blocks sit on the front board; team nights include an arrival time so hosts can plan Sunday mornings without a last-minute scramble.
2026 · 18 April
U13 party readout
An event series looking at pacing, held party blocks, and the way a session date holds a junior guest list. First filed after the host named 18 April 2026 for the bay, the set is still available as a traveling recap of twelve mornings from height checks and parent notes, with extras such as the spare pack attached where they were listed. The briefing table sat at the back of the Link Drive foyer, so the group entered the arena before nine.
Guest notes, briefing list, and arrival values are sent with the recap if a family wants the arena set on a wall for a weekend. Delay cover for a late start is named only after the coordinator confirms the later weekday window.
2018 · First bay
Wave of the first briefing mornings
A group file on four early Auckland windows. PulseForge contributed a six-round sequence on school-era briefing cards, first-time weekend party blocks, and the later spread of session notes as a public habit. A short height-and-pack chart is still available as a PDF on request, with names spelled as they appeared on the card that morning. Extra lobby nights from those years are listed only when the Saturday foyer was full.
Arena evening
Open recap after a reset
Twice a year we open the desk after a major party week. Current stills are on the wall, and the marshals are in the room to walk through arrival dates and captions. Next evening dates are announced by newsletter and on the contact page. It is a recap, not a paid ranking night, and we still correct a misspelled headcount on the spot. Hosts who missed a party block can ask for the briefing sheet without joining the next open round.
Visit, join, or request a recap
Tell us whether you are a parent, a player, or a group organiser. We will point you to the right file, the question note, or the caption sheet. We do not sell exclusive “inside” access from this page; coverage depends on space on the bay and a public session slot. Party bookings need a confirmed guest list before we hold a private bay.
