You may view pages and share a link. You may not download arena stills for reuse, train models on them, or crop them into ads without a written license. Quoting a short session line with a credit is allowed; copying a full recap is not. Group names and marks of other organisations belong to their owners. Gear logos on the packs remain with their makers.
Paid coverage
For a paid recap or caption morning, the confirmation email states who may use any stills and for how long. Personal reading is free. Group recaps are quoted separately. A venue that hosted a session does not automatically own the files we shot from capture. Team-night photos stay with the roster sheet unless the email names a wider license.
Sessions and stills
Watching a briefing does not buy the photo rights, unless the invoice says a license is included. Demo stills on loan for a family wall remain arena property and come back with the guest list. Parents who agreed a still for this website have not agreed the same file for a third-party campaign.
Credit
When a license allows publication, credit “PulseForge” unless the agreement names a marshal or photographer. Do not crop out the caption date if we sent one with the file.
