Pages, text, and arena stills on PulseForge session pages are for information. A recap, a briefing file, or a caption pack is only confirmed when the arena replies in writing with a day and a fee if one applies. Event lines on the site are our files, not a league ruling. Arrival times can move when a diary or a bay booking changes; we update the page when we have the new sheet.
Questions and coverage
Dates in correspondence are estimates until both sides agree. A deposit may be required to hold a recap slot when space is limited. Cancellation terms are stated in that confirmation email. We may decline a question that we cannot check against a public event. Party bays are held only after a host contact is on the guest list.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, copy, or republish arena stills without a license. Do not submit false contact details or fake session results. See also the Copyright page. Automated harvesting of the event list is not allowed. Photos of junior players must not be reused in ads without a written note from the arena and the parent named on the briefing card.
Liability
The site is provided as shown. We work to keep it available but cannot promise uninterrupted access on an event reset. Limits of liability for a paid recap are in the confirmation email. Read the Disclaimer. The laws of New Zealand are the reference for disputes about this site. Briefings and sessions take place in an indoor arena; venue access rules still apply to anyone who visits.
Updates
We may revise these terms when the arena changes how it files bookings. The date at the top of this page is the version that applies. Continued use after that date means you have seen the new wording.
