Recent notes
Three recent laser tag session files. Each piece has a headcount run, a briefing card, and a change we could confirm. Longer arena sets live on the arena page. We do not sell ranks here; we write what we saw, what the marshals listed, and what the next listed event is if a confirmed diary note has named one. Hosts can use these notes to decide whether a single open round or a full party block is the next step.
Party morning
U13 party block, one late guest
An U13 walkthrough mixing the host’s 18 April 2026 session date with two short guest-list checks. The group asked for a clean headcount list, the hold time from 3 October 2025, and a note on the spare pack so families who were not on the last briefing call could still follow the plan. We stayed through the last height check and filed before the group entered the bay. The arrival window sat on a Saturday morning with a short wait from the lobby seats.
On the card: eight named guest slots, two delayed youth packs, and a short calendar card for each half of the list once the starting and reserve listings were run. Parents received the score printout option and a reminder that name badges stay in the drawer until the final count.
Briefing files
Evening team week
A mid-season visit before a 7 March 2026 floodlit briefing hour for a youth group that we later turned into a longer mission brief. The piece is about mission types, the March break camp listing, and how little a guess would actually hold on the record. We ran two format paths, timed the round, and left the poster copy out. Open-slot notes from the busy night before are attached so parents can see why the capture mission was skipped.
The full set ran as a 2026 games feature. A smaller still edit sits on the arena page under Party sessions. Marshals kept the same pack check so the following Saturday party could pick up the same sizes without rewriting the week.
Arena session day
21 March double session
An indoor briefing then two same-day bay windows: a junior party block and a senior corporate pack. One morning, a written list, and a slow forty-minute gear check. Guest notes came in; one nearby listing was held when a pack pair could not be named before the 28 March bay count. Families used the lobby seats between the two sessions so younger siblings could stay on site.
We keep session files short: one marshal, one notebook, no guess quotes unless a diary sheet speaks on the record. The next morning we add the leftover packs if the slot went live. Party numbering for the following weekend is listed only after the host contact sheet is complete.
Need a full session file, not a single round?
Send the headcount, the day, and two or three guests already on the briefing card. We will come back with whether we can queue a live bay or write from a confirmed list. Older event sheets are in range if we have a day’s notice. If the question is about a group event, add the preferred weekend so the schedule board can be checked against the diary.
